Associated Debt Consultants Dont Allow ADC to steal your money and lose your home! Arlington Texas

JoAnn Partida is the culprit and owner of ADC (Associated Debt Consultants). To make a very tiresome and frustrating story short, this woman agrees to help you with saving your home be it remove it from foreclosure or modify the loan; however, in doing so she will drain you for every penny that you have!

She tried to get away with $2600 but I believe whole-heartedly that it was God's grace that moved her to do the right thing. Yet, through the whole ordeal, she lied her way from point A to Z. Every lie that she told us was revealed and yet she never wanted to own up to it.

Ultimately, we did get the money to the mortgage company but we are still in the midst of what to do with our second mortgage, in which, she claimed she would work on for us. As of today, I do not know what will come of that one, while I am capable of handling that one myself, and plan to do so....I advise anyone PLEASE do not utilize this woman for any service.

The company is listed with the Texas BBB with 3 complaints. Obviously, she's ripped off other people or I would not be leaving this blog. But one thing I do know, my total trust and faith is in the Lord, and He says that He will deal with the deceived as well as the deceiver. I have yet to know what will come of everything but one thing I do know, if it's the Lord's will, I will do what it takes to inform the public about the improper business functions of ADC and would hope to see it shut down for good!
