assurance america KYLE REFUSING TO PAY ACCIDENT CLAIM WHEN YOUR INSURED IS AT FAULT Atlanta Georgia

I was in an accident approximately 2 weeks ago. I was riding in my own personal vehicle as a passenger. My son was driving and we were hit quite hard from behind by a vehicle that is insured by assurance. It has been nothing short of a nightmare since. Pretty simple by most accounts, their driver was ticketed for following too closely and we were not ticketed. After 2 weeks of us uploading pictures and their just being rude beyond words such as not explaining their process or even how long it would take. The claims adjuster after several un-answered calls tells us today they are denying our claim eventhough the the police clearly stated your driver was at fault. Fact is I have a 2016 Mercedes that is worth 55k and it is totaled and you are providing no explanations whatsoever. See you in court Kyle. I learned a long time ago that any company that asks me to lie and cheat as part of my job description will eventually lie and cheat me as well. Oh well good luck Kyle....You won't win this one!!!
