This company promises the moon and delivers space. I contracted with them in January, 2006, to have three affiliate programs. I was promised a coach to help me anytime I needed him/her unlimited for one year. I was told I would get my initial investment back after six months if I was unable to make that much money in that amount of time; however, I was assured that I would make more than enough to recover my initial investment.

Soon after I joined, my coach called and introduced himself, Joe Hickey. He promised to be there to help, advise and walk me step by step through the advertising to make sure I was successful. He then introduced three marketing strategies I could purchase starting around $8,000, that was reduced to around $3,000. I couldn't afford that price and only had $700 that I could use. He was more than happy to take that for the lowest program instead of the usual $1,000.

I was given a web site that showed I had 24 -27 hits per day per site. When I accessed my accounts they showed no activity. I called to talk to my coach, but BIG surprise, I have yet to talk to him since he took my money. I have called numerous times, never talked to my coach and always assured that it was still too early for my accounts to show any activity.

It's been over six weeks since my accounts have been activated and with over 1500 hits on each site and yet when I check the accounts they show no hits/activity what-so-ever!

I found that anyone can be an affiliate with almost any company directly. Don't give your money to these people. They make it sound good, but the promise is as worthless as the manuels they give you for the money.

100% satisfaction

AUTHOR: Matthew - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 12, 2006

My name is Sierra Rutland and I am the Quality Assurance Manager for Assurance Plus and Diverse Marketing Concepts. I had to take a minute to respond. There is no doubt that even the greatest program in the world will not work or satisfy everyone. This is just like any other business it takes effort and time to build the business. We take every measure possible to ensure that each client has incredible opportunity to succeed in this business.

Please take a minute to let me explain. If you set 100 people up in a franchise that has a track record for success, statistics prove that at least 10 (most likely many more) of them would unfortunately fail. At least 60% of all people who open a restaurant fail in the first year. It is no different with this business except we have over a 90% satisfaction rate and the start up costs are a fraction of the other options I have mentioned. I would be wrong to say that this business will work for everyone, but one thing to remember is that it is a business and some effort has to be put in by the owner. The unfortunate part is that negative feedback is mostly what people take the time to post. I feel bad for the small percentage of people that were not satisfied with our business.

The prime example of this is a client named Max that has posted on this very site.
Max has been instructing people to go straight to the BBB and the Attorney General. When indeed if he would have contacted us directly and let us know his dissatisfaction we may have had the chance to satisfy his needs or let him out of the program without all the energy he has had to put out.

If it is something we did to let Max fall through the cracks than I will accept that and I apologize for the company. My goal is for every client to be satisfied and I will do whatever it takes to reach that goal.

We do have people that purchase our program and do not put in the effort and time to give the business a chance for success. If you have given our business a try and it is not working as you hoped please call our customer satisfaction line and let's discuss options that could get the business working at an optimal level or anything else we can do to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Please feel free to call 1-888-600-8955 and we will be more than happy to assist you in any way.

My Thanks,

Sierra Rutland
