I bought a sample of canabis oil for $4.99.When I got my credit card statement there was a $1.99 charge for insurance I had no ideal about.So,I called them to close my account out and they told me on the phone that it was for some insurance.I told the lady that,I didn't see this in the term agreement. Well, after a few minutes, she found it in a long list of things in the agreement. I told her that I don't like hidden fees that was not told to me when I called to cancel the sleep oil that I didn't want. So she told me that I still have time to cancel future orders. I told her that I want to cancel it now. She told me that if I cancel earlier then my trial period, I would be billed $9.95 for doing so. As you can image, I hit the roof. I asked her where in the term agreement could I find this info. She said you want me to read this whole thing to find it. Of course I said yes. I also told her I was going to summit a report to this site. She left me on hold for about 2 mins and came back and said, we won't charge you this time. This truly is not a place to do business.
