Mucho cuidado con Urban Homes Cancun Astoria

He pasado una muy mala experiencia.
Muy mala calidad, precio muy elevado y pesimo servicio de post venta.

Se tardaron en hacer mi entrega y me costó mucho obtener una fecha promesa de entrega que al final no cumplieron. Despues de bastante tiempo 5 meses despues de que paque mi casa por completo y a menos de una semana de haberme entregado mi casa, mientras hacía las adaptaciones necesarias para poderme mudar, personal de la misma empresa Urban Homes entraron a mi casa y se robaron la estufa!! otro mueble de dimensiones y peso considerables que los ladrones tuvieron que sacar en una camioneta. La empresa no se interesó en escuchar mi queja ni hacer ningún tipo de investigación a pesar de que ellos son responsables de la vigilancia ! posiblemente ya lo tenian planeado.

La gerente Fabienne Jochum, no contesta mis llamadas, lee mis mensajes y no los contesta y nunca da la cara. Mi vendedor, que es el unico que responde mis llamadas, le ha pedido a Fabienne que me llame o regrese los llamadas solo dice que no puede hacer nada al respecto y no tiene la decencia de contestarme ni dar la cara ya que siempre que voy a la administracion siempre se esconde y dice que va de salida cosa que se  me hace muy sospechosa ya que la descarada siempre se mantuvo al tanto de mi negociacion previo al comprar mi casa y ahora que la necesito la descarada siempre se esconde !

En tiempos de lluvia, las casas practicamente se inundan, se llenan de agua, los vecinos me comentaban que ya han hecho bastantes reclamos y que tienen más de un año con la empresa sin recibir solución. Filtraciones, fugas, humedad, ect ect. Los pocos casos que atienden, lo hacen solo si eres muy persistente, pero que al final solo los tratan de arreglar con silicon que contiene la filtración solo de manera parcial y temporal. Muy decepcionado con este servicio. Piénsalo antes de invertir en Astoria ya que solo perderas tiempo y dinero !
