Astral Pools says to hell with you after you buy from them ripoff Jacksonville Florida

my wife and i decided to buy an above ground pool factory direct from astral pools. we bought it for our kids and guests. i paid with a credit card. cost of pool was $3,500+tax. we got the pool kit in several boxes shipped ups. after we got the pool almost finished. some pieces were missing. so i called the headquarters and talked to a male representative. the guy said"i can give you a conneticut number to a dealer who can"sell" you those missing parts. i explained that this was a factory direct purchase and that we paid with a credit card and that we should of had the whole thing and not to have anything missing. then the guy said "i guess your s**t out of luck" and hung up on me. i recommend to buy your pool elsewhere. why get screwed? and what's the use of buying one here if they don't honor their warranties?
