Where to begin! Were a start up small company,working on an invention prototype. From the get go the sales team seemed completely incompetent. The meetings would be detailed and informative through our input,just to be endlessly berated with going backwards on fda approval,not being available to answer our emails anymore,and once getting our money and our time and effort,they go ahead and QUIT ON US! What company quits on a customer once they get all your info,money and effort??? ASTRO MFG IN EASTLAKE. We call for answers,we get a quote on time frame,estimate of rates,which of course changed day to day,nonetheless when reaching th higher ups regarding our frustration,they just so f off,screw you,youre worthless. pretty good way of generating new customers? not exactly. from engineer to vp,they will waste your time,unless your a big company of course,and they will dump on you once you leave the meeting. Extremely rude people who can NOT be trusted AT ALL . If you are a mid level or small business and dont want headaches from.over achieving senior citizens who shoukdve retired ten years ago,look ANYWHERE else.
