Asurion Asurion sent me a cheap imitation broke back phone. San Mateo California

My LG 8600 was dropped and broken on the hinges when you open it. I have Verizon insurance so I filed a claim and recieved a phone in a few days. The phone they sent is a cheap broke back phone.

At first I noticed that it doesn't say LG on it anywhere. When I put the battery on it didnt even fit it right. It's all crooked and didnt latch on right at all, it felt all light and just cheap when I held it next to the battery on my original phone.

When I went to charge it the charger wouldnt stay in it. Like the hole where you plug it in is all messed up so the charger just falls out. I had to set it down and wiggle it just right to get it to start charging. Even the charger they sent me was one of those cheap gas station ones, way ghetto compared to my original.

Once it was charged and I turned it on it was cool for a few hours. Then I opened it and the screen was all messed up and distorted. There are lines through the little screen on the from and the picture is all weird like parts of the screen werent working. The main screen would like scramble the picture of the backround so it was all distorted and with red lines, I dont know but it looks weird.

When I would close the phone and open it the picture would go back to normal, then mess up and so on. I still wasnt trippin really because it was working but then I went to charge it and I get nothing.

I try to plug it in and it doesnt charge. When I put my ear up to it and plug it in I can hear a like electric short kinda sound like a shock sound. It wont charge at all, it is completely dead and I never dropped it or got it wet, I have kept it in a case and there is no damage to it. It is a cheap burnt imitation phone and I am Very upset! I need my phone especially after all that money they charge tooo!
