I sent the item back to Greenwood, Indiana. They told me that they were going to give me a gift card.

Never received it. They lied. Its my position that they reject a share of claims per company policy. Which the cosumer public do not know about. There policy is written so that they can find some reason to reject the claim. There policy terms are written to take your money and deny the claim. It is not a balanced or fair policy.

So, Be Warned!!!!! They do not stand behind their terms and conditions.
