Asurion is fraudulently denying claims when customers have coverage. I paid for an insurance plan through Verizon, Order Number 4066494716, on May 15, 2025 that allowed me to retroactively cover my phone for insurance coverage through the beginning of the billing month, 4/29/2025. After calling Asurion for four days and trying to get someone to help, I found my claim was denied, stating that I did not have coverage as of the date of the loss of my device, which was May 12, 2025, AFTER the coverage begin period. I told Asurion that I had a receipt stating that I was within the coverage period, but Asurion denied the claim anyway. This is outright fraud that money is being collected for insurance coverage and the coverage is not being provided.

You committed fraud the moment you purchased the protection plan with the intent of filing a claim for a prior incident.
