At Home Job Staffing - Rhonda Wall aka Pike Fraud, No Service Delivered, No Emails Answered, Refund Denied Internet I

This person sold a 1 year membership for $29.95 to a website which supposedly would provide access to private sites (can be found anywhere on the internet) for at home jobs. Requests were made for all of my personal info in order to send it out to companies who were hiring.

Although a job was not promised, I was advised that leads would be sent to me through email and that the site would be constantly updated. (To the contrary, more and more links died and now the site hasn't been up for the longest time.) I requested the status on numerous occasions. During the first month, her replies clearly stated that she would "send leads to me later in the week." Months have past since November and replies have not been made to my status requests since February. I contacted others on the list of people that had signed up with her and they appear to be having the same problem.

I decided yesterday to advise "Rhonda Wall" that I would be filing a claim and received a reply within minutes. She stated that the site was simply being "updated" and that it would be up in a week.

She never answers my questions as to why my requests were ignored and just 2 weeks ago, closed up her 2nd email address which carried the name of her website (my emails are being sent back). She never replied as to why she didn't send the leads "later in the week" as she stated in the email and the bulletin boards she mentioned do not have links. She refuses to refund the money on the basis that "a job was not promised." However, leads WERE promised to arrive through EMAIL which never did, I was never advised who my info was sent to despite my numerous requests.

I would like to settle this issue by getting my money back. This women committed fraud and I am not the only person that was effected by this scam.
