I attended a seminar in Newark, Delaware for Medical Transcriptionist Training; only got a book, some lessons on typing, and some flash cards.  The cost of the program was astronomical; I can get better training if I used some programs in my area.  Bottom Line:  At Home, stay out of Delaware or you will be chased.  I kid you not.  Incidentally, they are charging me $60.00 for something I never used; I will not repary them even if will be held against me.  Let them sue me; I'll tell the judge the course is nothing but a ripoff and needs to go out of business.

At the rate you're going, you will not see year 31.  Go out of business and stop gypping people.  You wouldn't like it if we all did that to you
