At The Beach Tanning Super Store - Affiliated Acceptance Corporation Tricked me into a 2 year contract. ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I wanted to tan one summer for a couple of months, so I went to At The Beach Tanning SuperStore. IT was convient because they stay open late and I have two jobs. I told the I only wanted to tan for a couple of months and they talked me into the highest level package. They told me I could only pay the first month with cash and every month after that they would have to take out of my checking account, She said I could cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice.

I was in a hurry so I voided a check for them and I filled out the top of a form and she told me to go ahead and tan, when I came out She had me sign the bottom of the form.

A couple of weeks later I got a letter in the mail saying I signed a 2 year contract at 53.88 a month. I called them and they said I should of read the form that I signed. I have tried to cancel this, but you can only get out of it, if you have moved 30 miles out of range of any of their stores, I already lived more than 30 miles away from the beggining, and they said that won't work.

You have to have all kinds of information with you new address proving that you moved away. I don't even tan anymore, I dont have the time and all my money is just going to waste. I have met so many people who have this same problem with this company.
