At the beach tanning/just ladies fitness Charged my account for services NOT rendered CO

When looking through bank statements found charges of $151.15 for three months. When calling my bank to inquire I was able to get the customer service phone number of the company that was debitiing my account. Called 1-866-690-9080 and the recording said thank you for calling At the beach tanning and just ladies fitness, held for a repersentative. Spoke with a rep, explained the situation gave her the last 4 digits of my debit card number, expiration date on my card, what date the transactions came out of my account, how much the transactions were for and my name. She advised she was going to escalate this to upper management and that I will receive a call back before EOB today. We will see what happens.

I have no idea where this company got my information. I have never even heard of the company. Being pail white and about 70 lbs over weight have not being using any of their services. All I can hope is they make it right so I don't have to file legal junction against them.
