ATA - SDS American Trade Association Total Insurance Rip Off - Beware of Identity Theft as Well Springfield, Tennessee

This company is a total scam.  The state of Indiana has issued a Cease & Desist Order against this company because it is selling insurance in the state without a license.  This company does not have a license to sell insurance anywhere in the US.  They are supposedly opperating off sore in Bermuda, but the Bermudian government has no idea who this company is, as well as in Pakistan.  So if you have sent in your personal information to this company then get some type of identity protection.  They say they are affiliated with Quest Diagnostics, however after contacting 4 different locations throughout the country not a single one has ever heard of ATA or SDS.  They have not paid a dime toward any of my medical bills and I have had coverage for months.  After speaking with Quest and my doctor's offices they have attempted several times to collect from them but were unsuccessful.  They have an F rating with the BBB as well.  Other names they go by: HealthCare America, First Insurance, Pinnacle Health Solutions, Beema-Pakistan Insurance Company, Serve America Assurance, American Trade Association, Smart Data Solutions.
