ATEPHAC Austin Tipton Dont do business with Austin! Columbia Missouri

I worked for Austin tipton (owns a business by the name of ATEPHAC). I did quite a bit of work for him when I worked for him. When it came time to get paid on that particular job, it was like pulling teeth. there was always an excuse.

i have contacted Austin multiple times. because he hires people and pays them under the table, it's difficult to get this resolved. We originally made a verbal agreement for his vehicle and 1500. Regardless of the hours I worked for him, that was the agreed upon price for the work I completed. Austin continually refuses to pay his bills to the people he owes money to. I doubt this will be his last time.

However, I have witnesses for the work and I have an appointment with an attorney this afternoon. This may not ever get resolved, but I am optimistic.

i would recommend for people to NOT do business with him. Austin will not pay for services rendered. I recommend you do business with fair businesses that don't exploit and take advantage of their employees.
