Have to say one of the worst experiences we've ever encountered in renting a home. Very disapointed and shocked by Jack Bernatz & Charlotte Harff. First they did not want to relay an offer we had made on a property to the owner. After they finally agreed to relay the offer, the owner accepted our offer. Then because our offer that the owner had already accepted didnt include their maintenance services they made up a false justification for denying our application. I repeat they denied our application not the owner. When asked why the denied our application Jack said " The company you work for is not strong enough its just a start up". Ive been working for this company for almost 3 years and have never had any issues being approved for other properties, vehicles, credit cards etc. Meanwhile, they did not ask for any proof of income, bank statements, paystubs etc. Absolutely no justification for their actions. They didnt even ask us how much we made per year not verbally nor on the application which they charged us for.  My wife and I just had a baby and she was so excited to rent this home that we were shocked at what Jack said to us. We feel strongly disappointed, scammed, and treated unfairly. Please stay far away from these realtors Jack Bernatz & Charlotte Harff AKA the Harber Team.
