 As of February 2015, I have been chasing my purchase. I've gotten to the point of passing on my frustration to people I know. The company has responded to all my questions but still have not received my order or my refund. It's been an ongoing investigation. The customer service sucks. They are very rude. I have proof of everything I'm alleging. I was also asked to retract all my badgering of the company off my page and the order would be honored. That has yet to be accomplished, even after I reported to them that all was deleted. They also ensured me that the ordered items were on hand and it could be shipped as soon as Monday. That's just to shut me up I guess. Here I am as the football season comes to an end without my football memorabilia and out of pocket $100.00.
