 To whom it may concern: This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I was over charged, extorted, told they were not giving me my things unless I gave them $1,000 cash. I literally had to call the cops to have them move my things out of the truck. ended up having to give $900 (for a bedroom and living room) only for them to move my things into a pile and leave without putting my bed together without putting my tv stand together without doing anything. They left plastic wrap trash on my floor told me they were going to get a screw driver and left me stranded. I am a cancer patient that can not lift or move anything which is why I hired movers in the first place. This is completely unethical and illegal. I would like a partial refund since they did not complete the job they were hired to do. I have pictures of everything as well including the truck and workers.
