SCAM! BEWARE!
Hired Randall the last week of March, to help design and provide blueprints of a remodel for our house.
We provided him over half down, nearly a thousand $$$
We were told 2-4 weeks at most for the finished design and blueprints. Just as it says in his ad.
4 MONTHS later and we still do not even have the current home blueprint.
He drew up a very cheap front of our house that was not even close to what we asked.
I drew him a picture of what we wanted, so he sketched over his original and still didn't have it right!
Now it's been 6 weeks and I just asked what is going on because we hadn't even heard from him..
Today he responded he doesnt give refunds and he won't be finishing the job!
HE IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE HIM!
ATLANTA DRAFTSMAN IS A SCAM!

I am still working on this project.
The amount of money that the client paid me is $850 which is 50% of the total amount of my fees to produce plans for this remodeling project, which was $1700.
I have drawn the basement plan, main floor plan, the front elevation, and the left elevation, the right elevation, the rear elevation, studing the customers designs to determine the best way to proceed.
I have drawn several front elevations for this project and I have sent them to the customer.
One of my customers is a builder in Atlanta, Tom Kayler, of Kayler Construction Services. Tom can give me a good review, if would like to call him at (((phone number redacted))).
