On September 10, 2008 I discovered that someone from the CustomBuilt Organization had sign my name to contract without my permission.
I started training with custombuilt in May of 2008 ,I never sign a contract with them . Every time I would ask about a contract so my attorney could look it over, they refused to provide me with one. In September I injured my back and I had to stop working out ,mysteriously my name appeared on a contract, dated September 10.2008 on a day in which I did not train on.
I contacted the general manager and he gave me the run around.Finally I contacted their corporate office in Atlanta Georgia.I provided them documents with my signature on them,they ignore the documents and would not respond.
So finally I had my attorney to send them a letter and they still refused to respond.
I have seventeen paid sessions that I have not used and I want my money back.
I have found out they have no corporate office in Atlanta Georgia .This a scam to keep individuals from finding the true owners.They are bunch of liars and thieves!
I advise anyone to please do a complete background check on these crooks!
