Atlanta Luxory Motors Dwayne Howell , Mike Owens , Tabbott and Mac? Potential Buyers Beware-- These people are classic bait and switch and the grandest of high pressure sales. Roswell Georgia

These people are the classic examples of high pressured salesman. I first saw the GS 450h at Car fax. So, I followed up with a salesperson and began negotiating a best price. It took several phone calls and approximately 3 different sales managers and 3 sales people all who were very pushy and basically not professional from colloquial expression to trying to pressure me into test driving the car and asking alot of irrelevant questions. I more than once stated to the manager that when I had a firm price in hand i would drive to Atlanta and purchase the car. The agreed upon price of 39997 was never formally sent to me. I call ed repeadidly asking to speak to  Mike Oxxx he was always on a test drive or with a customer. I also left 3 messages fnoor Shirley same response on test drive or off for the day. ( once I was told she was delivering a Bentley) Never a return phone call or email. 

Finally, what was absolutly ridiculous was I spoke via telephone to my third manager in the process Tabbott xxx? and he states the dealership didnt want my business as to punish me. What is truly amazing I call the next day and they tell me the car is sold on Saturday June 20. What is so ironic is both car are still listed on company website, car fax and car gurus.

I strongly recommend to avoid this company. Not to mention they are unprofessional. Please see others comments as well. I wish I had checked on this site first. I have sine purchased the car of my wishes. 

Buyer / Prospect beware. These people are the absolute worst I have every seen. I have been buying cars for 30 years and strongly recommend staying away from ALM in Greater Atlanta. I hope this helps.
