This is a written submission of complaints of deceptive auto advertising and sales practices that is governed by the Professional Licensing board of Georgia Secretary of State. 2000 Mercedes Benz S500 VIN: WDBNG70J1YA100681 • Illegal lien was placed on title. • Purposely masking conditions of the shared inventory. • Habitual use of illegal fees, auto advertising, and used car dealership sales practices. • Operation of business is conducted under alias names and state ID's. • Intentionally causing pain and hardship to customers and potential buyers.
On April 10th 2014, Parshin Khorrami introduced himself as Yousef Seha, owner of Atlanta Unique Auto Sales. I inquired the advertisement on an 2000 Gold Mercedes S500 listed online and ask to test drive the vehicle. Before test driving could be established the dealership could not provide the key to the vehicle. The online price of $5500 was quickly negotiated to the lowered amount of $5180. Since he provided a valet key for the vehicle the cost for me to replace the key was deducted from his advertised price. Within two hours after purchasing the vehicle I reported the left turning signal did not working and a flashing message indicating the engine coolant needed attention.
He sent me to his affiliate "sister" shop that oversees car repairs of the dealerships shared inventory. It's located at 6522 US-23 in Georgia. Due to the multitudes of signs and advertisements posted along the property, establishing the proper identification of the business name and it's owners is virtually impossible. I provided an online link of the autobody shop physical location. http://maps.gstatic.com/m/streetview/? client=safari&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layer=c&z=17&iwloc=A&sll=33.929009,-84.236219&cbp=13 ,123.4,0,0,0&cbll=33.929020,-84.236238&q=6522+US-23+georgia&ei=KuR8U_7_CcmksQTY 3ICwAQ&ved=0CCYQxB0wAA ( via GoogleMaps )
The mechanic topped off the engine coolant and looked at the turning signal. The engine coolant reservoir cap never returned to the vehicle. The mechanic asked me to provide him with my telephone number so that he could call me when the lightbulb for the turn signal arrived. I followed up with the dealership concerning these issues the following business day. I was told to expect a phone call from Parshin Khorrami, a.k.a. Yousef Seha, but my concerns were never addressed and phone calls were never returned. • 13 days later the 2000 Mercedes Benz S500 instrument cluster completely failed while I was operating the vehicle.• On the 15th day after I purchased the vehicle the sunroof simply stopped working. The Mercedes-Benz S500 airmatic feature, brake system, and ignition components revealed sign of failure prior to the instrument cluster going out. This vehicle is too dangerous to operate.
Without illumination from the instrument cluster I am unable to tell how fast I am going, how much gas I have, and driving in complete darkness at night. Mercedes Benz specialist deemed the vehicle inoperable due to these conditions. With all repairs placed to the side; legal acknowledgment of ownership has not been established. I paid the total selling price for the 2000 Mercedes-Benz S500. I paid the State of Georgia Ad Valorem tax and the State of Georgia title fee. Parshin Khorrami a.k.a.Yousef Seha never mentioned, acknowledged, or even spoke on his "fees" until the documents were presented to me to be signed and payment was requested. According to Parshin Khorrami a.k.a.
Yousef Seha; until the dealership fee is paid he claims total ownership of my vehicle, refuses to make repairs, and stated that if I don't pay his dealership fee I forfeit my $5500 and the car will be repossessed. Until than he refuses to remove the lien from the title. While gathering the accurate information necessary to file a proper complaint I came across a Dekalb County Police Department "mug shot" of the man that sold me this car. The identity of the man that sold me the car and authorized my transaction could only be accurately established with the help of this photo. Parshin Khorrami a.k.a. Yousef Seha true identity was revealed to me at that time. I know that there are many customers like me.
Using fake names during major transactions like purchasing a house or car should not be allowed. I question if the auto advertising and sales practices of consumer protection condones multiple operation under alias identities, a shared inventory amongst five used car dealerships, to an internet-based targeted market. I would also like to file a complaint of the multitude of identities used by these dealerships when inquiring advertisements posted. I am not the only consumer that has been victimized to these dealership deception. After being victimized by advertise deception and uncovering falsified identities; the owners of these five used car dealers should be legally identified by authorities and accurate business information made available to the public.
I believe that previous owners of at this location are the same individuals that operate these businesses now. I am absolutely positive that the professional licensing board of Georgia has provided has granted authoritative positions to an individuals alias identities. Verification would provide online customers with a sense of security and acknowledgment of dealers professional picture identification. These five used car dealerships and an auto body shop has intentionally caused confusion to customers since 2009. These manipulating, deceiving, and illegal advertising tactics are used to deteriorate any effort of reporting complaints. "Parskin Khorrami" and his partners and affiliates are arrogant, cocky, and racist against Americans.
This underground organization is interestingly from Iran and Arabic origin and uses alias names that are not common as others. On Monday; May 19, 2014, I presented the vehicle at the dealership located on a 6280 Buford Hwy., Norcross, GA 30071 in a final attempt of rectifying these issues and requested the proper identification necessary to file a complaint. After Parshin Khorrami a.k.a. Yousef Seha gave me the name "Rashad" I felt the need to legally verify his identity. Parshin Khorrami a.k.a.Yousef Seha provided identification to Officer Barnett, of the Gwinnett County Police Department. Khorrami, Parshin OLN #065195632 D.O.B. 07/09/1972 Police Report: #P141391214 As a consumer I feel that requesting photo identification to a place of business with a physical location is inappropriate and unnecessary. But on "Buford Highway" it's "business as usual".
To question their sales transaction are unveil illegal operations scares me. They are a dominating force that intimidates consumers in the metro Atlanta area. I should know because I am one of the intimidated customers. The reputation known to Buford Highway is due to their presence. I am extremely thankful for the assistance provided by the Gwinnett County police department. To reduce any efforts of confusion, 5 car dealerships of shared online inventory are listed by US postal addresses. 3963 Lawrenceville Suwannee Road Suwannee, Ga 30024 ( Select Luxury Motors/Cars & Suwannee Park Auto Services shared names & inventory from this address http://youtu.be/ucGflfM9-Oc ) 734 Atlanta Road Cummings Ga 30040 ( Atlanta Unique Auto Sales & Select Luxury Motors shares this Physical location link. http:// www.yellowpages.com/cumming-ga/mip/atlanta-unique-auto-sales-469949794 ) 2400 Lance Court Loganville, Ga 30052 ( Parshin Khorrami is Yousef Seha.
According to, sos.ga.gov, Yousef R. Seha is the Business owner of Atlanta Auto Plus dealership. Atlanta Auto Plus has posted ads on dealswheels.com, autotrade.com, and fyiauto.com of shared inventory. ) http://fyiauto.com/cars-sale/cars.asp?zip=30052&dealer=Atlanta%20Auto%20Plus http://www.yellowpages.com/norcross-ga/mip/atlanta-auto-plus-22646121?lid=22646121 6280 Buford Highway Norcross, Ga 30071 (Parshin Khorrami was previous owner of dealership to operated under the different name but at the same location. I purchased my car from this address. I believe that the sales transaction is not valid due falsified identity of the dealer).
Inventory is shared physically between these two location. 6280 Buford Highway Norcross, Ga 30071 Hola Auto Sales 6580 Buford Hwy Doraville, GA 30340 https://plus.google.com/app/basic/local/116934532504292146045/reviews? hl=en&socfid=web:lu:unknown:morereviews&socpid=1 These used car dealerships have been conducted “business as usual” since 2009. These used car dealerships were placed in an authoritative position in our community. They are habitually abusing their position of authority by imposing illegal fees, sharing inventory, and illegal repossessing vehicles as "business as usual". An investigation of theses complaints conducted under the protection of consumer advertising and sales practices would be more than appreciated and well overdue.
