The sentence please do not cash, deposit or put through means nothing to Atlantic Cadillac of Bayshore NY...One hour after we put down a $100.00 hold on a used car it was posted to my credit card. I was told to come back in and reswipe the card to have the refund adjustment. Well, we did that and spoke to the salesman who promised he'd call the next business day. The deposit was taken out on a Sunday, reswiped on a Saturday and still no refund. We know the credit card company dispute dept. will take care of this but what a waste of time...and we will never use them again not to mention the $3000.00 extended warranty take off to the Cayman Island scam they pulled 4 yrs. ago....that is now a class action law suit . Use Paul Conte Cadillac..very professional.
