This company debited my Paypal Account and never sent me the download link for Evidence Eliminator. The company SWREG says that I have to contact the Vendor. SWREG is the one that debited my account. When I contacted the Vendor, it seems that the 2 companies are somehow connected. I have been trying to get a refund since I purchased the software.
After 1 week, I received a License Code. But no download link. This was after I filed a complaint with Paypal. I was informed by the company that I was spamming their email, that if I tried to charge back the charges I would be black balled (whatever that means) and that I needed to get a better email. They were really rude and all I wanted was my money back.

I shelled out $99 2 years ago for EE and am very glad I did. Although the download itself had somewhat confusing instructions to get started, everything you need is right there - in writing. Just read the directions carefully.
This program has helped to keep my computer running clean and efficient for 2 years now.

We are not connected with Evidence Eliminator as companies, they use us for their ecommerce.
The reason you did not get your code was because you were spam filtering us and spam filtering the vendor. If you had visited our website you could have looked up the keycode by using our ticket and help system under "Contact Us".
It takes around 3 seconds to work out how to download the software from the vendor's website by clicking the download link at the top of their home page.

Since you already have the license code you can go to download.com to download Evidence Eliminator. When you get to download's site type Evidence Eliminator in the search box and it will take you straight to the download page.
I know you would rather have your money back but at least you can get the program you paid for.
