There are too many "scams and ripoffs" being done to good American people! It is time to fight back! Atlantic Credit and Finance is a company that is attempting to collect money for debts that do not exist. They have been contacting me and threatening to file a lawsuit over a debt that doesn't exist in my credit history! They hired a law firm, Underwood Law Firm, to make things more local.
I just moved to Missouri, a year and a half ago, and these letters started coming in about debts that happened, in Missouri, while I wasn't even living here! Companys like Atlantic Credit and Finance, and Underwood Law Firm need to be investigated and shut down. They have no right to harrass good American Citizens and cause any more hardship on an already struggling economy. There must be some way to stop this type of scam!
