They are pushing and an investment and loan scan. They offer interest rates ranging from 2-8% per day. They also claim to offer loans that never have to be repaid as long as you put up a deposit of 1-10% of the total loan value. The have a number of 'independent brokers' promoting the scam for them.

Here is an excerpt from some of their website:

"Investors can participate on the following basis:
1. Minimum investment $50,000 locked-in for 12 months
2. Maximum investment $100 million locked-in for 12 months
3. Investment should be made through an IBC. If the investment is larger than $99,000, then Global Reserve and Finance Limited will pay set-up fees for the IBC.
The securities firm indicates that the expected returns are between 25% to 75% per trade with trading occurring 3 or 4 times per week. Given the above scenario, this investment has the potential to earn high monthly returns. "

Do the math this is 75% - 300% per week - with compounding this is going to make you the richest person in the world in less than a year - obvious scam!

They are also linked to another scam known as "Global Reserve & Finance LTD," googling this company yields numerous scam reports.

This reportoff report file in April 14, 2009 against my company is untrue!  Bob or Bill s Maddison, Wisconsin U.S.A  have no facts or any documents proof of anyone getting scam from my company.I discover he is a competitor trying to damage Atlantic Equity Partners LLC. good name! Atlantic Equity Partners LLC is a consultant firm. We are not a lender! We referred client to investment investment companies and lenders. If anyone who wished to contact me direct my number is 919-949-1072. I have been in business since 2006! I think if I was ripping off client I would have charges file and more clients compliants file against my company. Mr Bob or Bill only go around the internet slandering companies and hiding behind the screen. He will never give his true indentification or contact information.

Sincerely,

Reginald Ollison, Executive Consultant

Atlantic Equity Partners LLC.

While engaging in some personal due diligence, based on numerous postings across several websites (over the course of only a few days) it would seem that Bill Smith/Bobbob/Shmike/Orenthall are the same person. You have copied and pasted the same statement but have used different aliases. Why is this? Upon further investigation, it appears that a person of the same name tried to bribe one of GRF's consultants (Atlantic Equity) in the amount of $2,500 to provide information so that he could write a scandalized article. Is this one and the same person, whom is a Nigerian national who tried to put GRF in a negative light for possible extortion purposes?

I am confused to as why you put referencing links: myassuredcapital.com which does not go anywhere and tried to legitimize your claims by utilizing the popular social network of Facebook and a generic upload site filesanywhere (?) . Why couldn't you cite specific occurrences of fraud?

Then in one of your posts: Posted by shmike on Thu Apr 16, 2009
Here's another one. I had to change some info so as not to blow the cover of my identity
Why are you changing information?

Interesting that upon further investigation in two correspondences obtained, a Mr. Orenthal Withers and Bill Smith (Bill S.?) trying to elicit similar information; used email addresses with domains that come under the same parent company 822 Media, owners of army.com, Activv llc, and Bulldogs.com. http://www.822media.com/. Coincidental?

In your correspondence that you posted:
No problem, see attached. Hahah, photoshop does wonders
Bill
Again, why the need to use aliases? And, why the use of Photoshop to do wonders

In this reader's opinion, this would be the M.O. of a scammer
