Atlantic Magazine Service, Inc. CRC of Deerfield Beach Company Stole My Social Security Number Too !!! Any Class Action Suits Out There Against These Guys ? Delray Beach, Florida

Atlantic Magazine Service, Inc. has defrauded the public, ripping off both consumers and corporations alike.

My understanding is that the principals were fined millions of dollars in restitution and are currently serving sentences Federal Prison (US District Court Case No. 08-60014:  United States of America v. V. Artuso, J. Artuso, Orr, Gannon, Forgione, Horton:  ) for racketeering and multiple counts of business fraud - Atlantic Magazine Service, Inc. was part of the scheme.

I've read dozens of reports of the fraud, illegal, and deceptive business practices committed by this company on the public.  ADT, a primary victim of the real estate scheme committed by these guys, has a lawsuit against the main figures of this operation.

What about the public ?  Where is the litigation for damages incurred by consumers ?  People like you and me ?  Illegally charging credit cards, freezing credit, stealing Social Security Numbers to hide money from the IRS and the Federal Government ?
