Atlantic Magazine Services - CRC Of Deerfield Beach ripoff, annoy, and hunt down Deerfield Beach Florida

I joined this "lovely" magazine service some time ago. I wanted to get in touch with the real world and news. I thought sports, US weekly, and all that would be good. This company made it sound like I'd be saving so much money. I can't honestly remember what the sales pitch was because it was so long ago.

What I do know is I'm being charged 49.95 AND 66.32 per month. I had a two year subscription and supposedly I renewed for like three years and now I can't cancel. I moved across country so the magazines are being sent to my old mailbox. I tried calling them with the number on my bank statements and got a fax machine or something. I found the number above tonight at the bbb.org web page. I plan on trying to re-contact them tomorrow.

They sent me this Important Message letter in the mail. I guess they thought that was the only way to contact me since I don't respond to their phone calls. It was a You have a voice message, use this code to retrieve it deal. I didn't know what it was regarding, nothing that said CRC on it, so I called it. I got a call from one of their reps saying if I pay 99.95 or something I'd be paid in full and saving loads of money. I wasn't buying their scam again. I said no, my credit card is full and you called me at 7am so I am not pleased. They called back the next day, so I asked them to cancel and that's when I got the you can't. The rep said that I made a verbal agreement on tape to pay in full and I understood the contract. I want to know, Rip off report, if there is a way to get the tapes of me agreeing to the terms, and all the other times they called me without getting a lawyer involved?

I'd also advise everyone who reads this to stay away from this shady business.(If you're unlucky and already have the same problem, I'd also like to hear your story so I'm more motivated to persue these snakes.)
