This company (Atlantic Marcite Corp) stated at the time of signing that their workmanship was under warrantee. They even gave a nifty looking certificate that means nothing. Their pool surface started coming up within 2 years.
The manufacturer of the product (Diamond Bright) came out and viewed the pool and stated they cannot honor the manufacturer warrantee because this installer (Atlantic Marcite Corp) did not input the product to the depth required by the manufacturer.
We were informed by the manufacturer that the installer (Atlantic Marcite Corp) did not install the bonding agent or the product Diamond Bright even to half the thickness required. Atlantic Marcite Corp refused to speak with us and would not come view the damage to the pool. The pool surface is coming off due to their poor application. The state actually states that this company is no longer in business. RUN!!!!
