I contracted this moving company paid the $540 which was half of the amount contracted, they arrived at my home 5 hours late looked at my load and said not going to happen. Their Boss called me and said I had to get a power of attorney to my best friend to release the load. Jumped through hoops and could not get this item then I am told for another $2,400.
They can take the load now it is impossible for me to do this, I explain I don't have any more money this person then takes $600 off my visa card without my knowledge, and tells his crew to leave. This takes place in Leesburg, Florida and I am in Pensacola, Fl. getting the house ready for my furnishings. Needless to say by this time I am physically ill, my furnishings are in a home that was suppose to be vacent the next day so the new owners could take possession. This moving company is heartless.
This took place March 31,2018, my bank has been trying to retrive my money and here it is August 2, 2018 and no responce or refund.
