They DAMAGED MY EXPENSIVE FURNITURE and then TRIED TO GET ME TO WAIVE MY RIGHT TO HAVE THEM REPAIR IT!!!! (this is hard to believe, but the lead person on the moving team actually put a "waiver" in front of me to sign in response to my complaint of the damage. Are you kidding??? I'm not stupid, buddy!!!).
Jim Sammartino is a poor excuse of a sales person! He promised that he'd be there if I had "any questions." Several phone calls and emails later (after four hours), he emails me back (of course) well after the moving team had left. Afterwards, he completely dismissed my claim of damage, saying that I "should have purchased insurance"..What???? Insurance to cover YOUR MOVERS' SHODDY WORK???
Later, his boss, Carlos Llanos, promised to send someone out to look at the damage his movers did. That person rescheduled once and then never showed.

Mr. Schiano, was told about the extra insurance that the company offer with a third party company at course that will cost extra and he decline the extra insurance, now he want to be conpensated 100% on damage that were already there and have documents to prove it. The salesman do his job and explain the move process and the insurance process, this acusations are False!!
