Jim Goldfard at Atlantic Partners located in Boca Raton, Florida charged our company $10,000 to place an employee with web development experience. After 1 week within our company it was evident that this employee did not have any of the expereince or qualifications stated on resume. Not only did this employee not work out, she cost our company down time and added expenses. When we stated to Jim Goldfarb that the employee was untruthful about her experience, his reply was "You interviewed her..."

Jim Goldfard offered to replace the employee and we accepted. After we received the next several resumes, it became clear that this placement company was not validating anything on these resumes so we asked for our money back because we are unwilling to take the risk.... After several legal threats Jim Goldfarb called and offered $5,000 and did not respond to any of our emails (obviously experienced in this process)

It appears that Atlantic Partners Corp wants to take money from small businesses for recruitment yet they do not screen or verify experience. We are currently seeking legal action against Jim Goldfard at Atlantic Partners.
