I was interested in a few homes that were listed on the HUD website due to the low closing costs am looking to get a deal Eric the met me to look over the property and told me that the repair cost would be very high
he suggested we look at others we looked at three other homes that day and we put in the bid on One of the other homes but seller excepted another offer he sent me a text message
I then contacted Eric and told him to put the bid in on the HUD home and he returned my text message with OK it's been a few weeks so I went to the HUD website to see what the home sold for since I did not win the bid after speaking she informed me that my name wasn't listed on any bids
