Atlantis Pools Poor Customer Service, Bad Products, in-experianced Fairview Heights Illinois

I bought a brand new pool form Atlantis pools almost 2 months ago. Since then the install was delayed 2 weeks because of their inventory not being where it is supposed to. After they get the pool to my home and start to install. It is put up almost 12" out of alignment. Installer tried to blame us for how the pool was laid out because of how we cut our grass? After the pool was put up and liner hung they started to fill the pool. Less than 1 hour later the liner is pulled off the track. Backyard floods the water out and they have to start all over again. They claim it was a bad liner so they bring out a new one. They install the liner, start to fill and a few hours later the liner is puller from the track and once again my backyard is flooded. So we call the owner Corey and Doc. both from which could seem to care less. All I heard was we will take care of it. I don't think I even got one apology. So they send out a new install team from their office. Mainly because the sub-contractor they hired originally messed up twice and we didn't want him back. After much deliberation, the new install team took the pool down and reset it up correctly. Now that is it finally set up strait, they install the 3rd liner and start to fill. I see about 6 hours later the liner is once again off the track and flooding my back yard.

Atlantis pools salesman calls me this morning and just like the owners, try's to glass the problems and my frustration to say, we are going to get it taken care of. He started to argue with me and after I said we wanted our money back and the pool gone he got very upset and hung up on me. These guys are not the company they once were. The original owners would NEVER treat people this way. I have dreamed about a pool for a long time and thanks to Atlantis pools it has now become a nightmare.
