This is the response of a man whose wife was spurrned by Ronald Scott Hanson, absolute personal attacks with no real facts, to start with Mrs. Davies made me beg for my paycheck. She forced me to sit in her home for 4 hours talking about her son, asking multiple times if I wanted to go upstairs with her, this time period can be substaintiated by Andrews Gunite personal whose money it was, and had to wait for my payment to them, until I recieved payment from her. Just the Fact.

Claims of stolen money are false. All Monies paid to Atlantis Poolscapes were payments due after work was performed. PURE FACT.

Brian also does not mention the 3 feet of gunite he ordered shot in the floor of his pool to accomidate his sons physical handicap, we agreed to do as he asked, which consumed so much gunite he could not pay the bill, that bill he could not pay was due to the company who he claims refuses to do work without payment now, WHY?!?  because Brian had to call them and force them to accept less than what was due. He agreed during the shoot to cover it, THEN DID NOT. I had to eat it as a loss, and it damaged my standing with a large sub-contractor.

The complaints at the BBB are the result of Terry Wilkerson of Desoto who we built a 30k pool, to be paid on completion. He defrauded us from all payments.

His Builder Jim Higgenbatham, conspired with the title and mort. company to defraud me of 30k. He thretened my life if I prevented the close of the loan to go forth.

Fact is the permit for the wilkerson pool was pulled and completed in 2003, but as of 2007 the DALLAS APPRASIAL DISTRICT did not even show he had a pool, because the title company who inspected the completed home, covered up the fact a pool was in the back yard, thus closing on the home without payment to Atlantis Poolscapes. This criminal works at Morgan Stanley near addison, and is a pure thief. Destroyed my business, along with people like Brian who speak half truths, and cover up a weak marrige with hateful lies.

 Because of demands from Ronald Hanson to add wilkerson pool to tax roles or suffer a lawsuit to expose it,  the taxes were accessed by 2008. Truth has a ring to it.

This effected our business, and we had problems with even paying for electricity, we were so damaged by wilkerson, we could not hire an attorney, even file a lien. Our subs did, and were paid, Ronald Scott Hanson was never paid a penny for a completed 30,000.00 dollar pool/spa in a 500,000.00 home on a golf course. 

He promised to pay all the way to 2007, with no payment ever being made.

So your statement about the bbb is misleading.

The real result were some unhappy customers who complained to the bbb.

The gun incident, again a false statement. It can be investegated through Frisco police records concerning an incedent on Pebblebrook in Frisco between Ronald Hanson and a BOYFRIEND of a MRS. RENOLDS of Mckinney. A realator who ordered extra work then refused to pay the change order, (sound familiar brian?)

She eventually agreed to pay it, but then after 3 weeks waiting in line sent 1 of her several boyfriends to threaten Ronald Hanson in the front yard of his home. This boyfriend nut claimed he had an ar-15 in his trunk, and he had illigal alieans watching Ronalds wife and kids come and go for 8.00 dollars and hour.

Ronald held him at gunpoint until the Frisco Police came and told him to leave or be charged with criminal trespassing. Its on the record, please investigate the truth.

The Frisco or Plano police may have said they worried for his safety, because they are presumptous like that, always jumping to wrong conclusions. Because of these threats we moved, and did not finish Renolds pool due to the move to protect our privacy. After we moved from Pebblebrook, the ignored folks, the normal church going niebhors, accross the street, were all wife swapping which led to a murder. Thats the fact.

Fact is we are a small company at that time, but small business is the back bone of the american economy.

Brian also does not mention the stop check he made on a payment for  fence materials he agreed to pay extra for and were delivered to him, thats a paper trail that can be substaintiated.

His wife after advances were rejected became impossible to satisfy, and was at the center of the need to walk away, she picked a flagstone palet for coping, SIGNED a document accepting it, then after it was installed, claimed it was not the palet she picked. Even though the contract did not allow such a complaints validity,  Ronald in good faith removed and replaced it, and SHE STILL WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT.

THIS IS WHERE WE DEMANDED EXTRA PAYMENT TO CHANGE IT AGAIN. AND WE WERE DENIED. SO WORK WAS HALTED. This harmed our company as much as it harmed the DAVIES.

THEY THEN STARTED THE LAWYER THREATing THORIZINE SHUFFLE, AND after discussing unrelated occurances with the sub-contractor he would not pay, continued to complain and conspire to defraud us at every move, ie, stop payment of fence material check, aggitated until final disagreement on coping replacement, THUS CREATEing A SELF FULFILLING PROPHECY.

WHY THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO RESORT TO BAD MOUTHING MY WIFE IS AMAZING,

SHE SIMPLY ORDERED THE WORK AS A SCHEDULAR, AND WHEN THEY STOPPED PAYMENT ON CHECKS, AND WANTED UNREASONABLE THINGS WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT, SHE WAS THE ONE WHO SAID...IT STOPS HERE. SO SOMEHOW SHE IS THE ARCH ENEMY.

BRIAN, YOUR WIFE WAS A FLIRT, AND I PAID THE PRICE FOR NOT GOING ALONG.
