On 2/3/09 I called Atlas Butler Heating and Cooling because my heat was not working one morning. When they came out to do their troubleshooting I noticed he was unpluging a lot of different wires on the circuit board.

So after about twenty minutes he tells me that the pressure switch is bad and they can fix it for $349 not including the $89 just for the service call. I thought that was overpriced and declined the serivce. So he is putting ,I

thought, all the peices back together and when he puts the pressure switch, that supposedly needed replacing back on, the heat starts working agian. His explanation for this was that sometimes the switch gets dusty and if you

move the dust around you can get it to work, but only temporarily. But instead of trying that first he thought it would be better to just charge me $349. So after I declined I made a call to another company and they told me

that a brand new pressure switch costs $35 and that I could do it myself in about 5 minutes. This honest heating and cooling company tells me over the phone exactly how to do it in a couple of minutes and where to get the part.

So I wait until the pressure switch stops working before I go and try to fix something that is not broken. Well the heat worked fine for the rest of the winter and it didn't cost me $349. now Summer comes around and my A/C is

not working which I have never had a problem with before. Because, of the last incident with Atlas Butler Heating and Cooling I lost trust in their honesty and professionalsim, so I call someone else to look at the A/C and as soon as

he opens the cover for the circuit board he instantly notices that the wire connection for the A/C is not plugged in to

the circuit board. The only person that even went near the circuit board was the tech. from Atlas Butler Heating and cooling. As soon as he plugs the wire back in the A/C starts working.

I had to pay another guy $69 for his service call that lasted 5 minutes. So I call Atlas Butler to make a complaint. I am on the phone for 15 minutes explainig that their tech either purposely or accidentaly forgot to plug my A/C

wire back to the circuit board and she is acting as if she was logging my complaint in their computer and that a supervidor would call me back within the hour. Three hours later no call back, so I decided to call and the rep

that answered the phone tells me that their is no record of me calling three hours prior nor was a complaint in the log. So finally after I get to a supervisor he says that they will reinburse me for the inconvience and that

they want to keep my business. I send in a fax of the recipet for the $69 serivce call as he asked. Seven days later no call so I call and talk to the supervisor I originaly talked to Dana Mack. He tells me that he is having

trouble reading the recipet and instead of calling me to tell me that so I can send the fax again, he lets 7 days go by and waits for me to call. Probably hoping I have forgot about the situation and he is off the hook. So when I

call to check up on the reinbursement, he implys that the recipet might be forged by me and he needs to double check it. After he already told me that he was going to take care of it now it seems as if he is trying to make any

excuse to prolong the situation and hope that I give up on top of insulting me as law abiding citzen. I don't know if the tech purposely or negligently didn't plug back the A/C wire but the fact is that it is the Fault of Atlas Butler Heating And Cooling and I am not going to

pay for their negligence. Now I don't care about the money $69 is not going to hurt me, BUT the fact that Atlas Butler thinks they can send a tech into my home and pull what ever kind of stunt they want with something as

important as the Heating and Cooling system and lie right in my face, really really UPSETS! me and I would not recommend that anyone who reads this at ripoffreport.com and betterbusinessburea.com use thier service they are overpriced and dishonest.

Atlas Butler Heating and Cooling still has not reinbursed me.

Atlas Butler heating and cooling supervisor Dana Mack said he is going to make some calls and call me back at 4:30 yesterday. It is has been 2 days now and no call.
