ATLHD Studios I've used this studio 3 times, 2 out of the 3 times the Engineer was a whole hr late. Then when I asked for compensation for the hr lost recorded they refused. the i tried to record again and the engineer DX was a whole Hr late again, then the computer wouldn't start was some issue. That delayed things again, then the computer kept shutting down in the middle of trying to record. I was able to record for 1 hr and 30 min. Out of 4 hrs I paid for. I'm requesting that time refunded as well as that hr owed to me from previous session where, DX arrived a hr late again. I was unable to try to finish anything Before I was rushed out of the studio because of another session. As a repeat customer i am requesting a refund of the time wasted trying to record on faulty equipment. Total 3 hr 30 min. I used 1hr 30 trying to record. For serious professionals like me, my advice is pick another recording studio. where people are serious about it, cause there studios way cheaper at $25 a hr that care more about your recordingings. I am a recording artist and songwriter, I have used this studio 3 times, and all times except the 1st time. The engineer was late by a whole hour or more, instead of being compensated for the time lost. At the end of the session I'm told don't worry about it it will be taken care of, and they will take care of me. I have yet received any type of compensation for the hrs lost by the engineer constantly being late. I went into record the last time and once again you guessed it. The engineer was a whole Hr and 6 min late, cause I actually timed it. Then when he's finally ready something's wrong with there equipment because it keeps freezing, and the sound won't play through the speakers or headphones. So yet another hour goes by and we can finally record. I do the entire record in 3 takes. Once I come out the studio maybe 40 min gone by now its time to do magic right. The engineer and I start to add the effects etc. The computer freezes again, the computer froze 4 times requiring a reset. At this time I'm severely aggravated because I have a singer that's drove 2 hrs to the studio for us to record a song. Then after we finally get to add the effects, I think I'm going to be compensated the whole 3 hrs lost. NOPE I'm forced out because they scheduled someone after me. Nobody handled the situation at all they were quick to leave and I was told by the engineer I wouldn't have any problems and that my hrs would be refunded and he would talk to someone. A whole day goes by and nothing so I decide to call. And they claim they know nothing about anything that's going on, (might I add I've been calling a whole day and emailing but getting ignored) So I request a refund yet again and told the person TEZ owner. What happens I'm told I would get my refund. Then a girl Christal one of there representatives emails me saying . I was told the engineer was going to be late again.. Complete lie. And told I wasn't going to receive my refund at all?? What kind of business is this.  Never the less I will never be using that studio or working with anyone from there again. And I advice you not to
