ATLS/DASCO STAY AWAY AT ALL COST meridian Idaho

First you have to complet the contract as you sign it. You agreed to send an invoice, Original Bill of Ladings and your sign rate contract. I call you several times and my billing department also call you for these documents. It clearly say's that "Payment will be delayed if these documents are not sent in with your invoice" To this date you never sent me the Bill of Lading, but you still got paid. For those reading this, This guy was the worst opperator I have ever dealt with. He Told me that he lost the BOL's but expected me to pay with them. Later I told by reciever that the day after he deliveried he sent copy of Bill of lading to them and billed them for 4500.00 witch of course they rejected becouse first he was billing the wrong person and he was contracted throw me.

Not to mention that 4500.00 was way more then I was contracted for. Oh and what is interesting about this is that he also sent me a quick pay request for this load at the same time. So if your not understanding this here it is simply, he was trying to get double paid on this load, once from me and once from wjo he thought was the customer. DO NOT DO BUISSNESS WITH TMJ Trucking out of NV if you want to avoid a crook!!!!! Oh I alomst forgot, during the load transit Tom called me serval times demanding more pay, of course I told him no way you signed a rate agreement,  mind you this is AFTER he signed a rate agreement and the load is on his truck and in rought to the reciever. OH one last thing I use a VOIP system for my auto attendent phone system my mail box is never full, thats just obsurd.........
