atm tree.com Charged monthly fees and set up fees, and advertising fees without providing services promised Phoenix, Arizona

ATMTREE.COM sold me a website set-up package, monthly hosting, and a advertising campaign.  I was promised I would make several hundred thousand.  ATMTREE was affiliated with amazon, and all products were guaranteed. I received operating agreements from Amazon as well as monthly fees. If not satisfied I could cancel at any time.  ATMTREE is part of (Universal Learning Group, LLC).  From December 2010 until the present time I was charged over $12,000.  The lalrgest portion being to Universal Internet Advertising for a designated number of tv ads. My website was amazingproducts2envy.   I received no money nor help aftere they received their payments.
