ATMCASH ,atmcash.com, Withdrew money from my bank account, did not provide service, and is holding my money ,Internet

I applied to open an account at atmcash (www.atmcash.com) to send a pre-paid debit card to a recipient in Brazil (in this case, my Mother) , and fund this debit card here in the USA with US dollars. After completing the application process at atmcash, they asked for my payment information and I provided my bank account information  to create an ACH payment. Then atmcash deposited a challenge deposit in my bank account, and I confirmed this challenge deposit on atmcash website; after confirming the challenge deposit, atmcash sent me an email stating that my application had been denied and my account had been closed; I called atmcash and asked why was my account closed and my application denied, and they refused to tell me why. Then, on the next day, I saw on my bank account that atmcash had withdrawn $429.99 dollars from my account in an ACH transaction. Since then I have contacted atmcash about 10 times  (via email and phone) to get my money back but they keep giving me the run around, and say there's no time table for them to refund the money they took from my account (and they refuse to provide me with the service I applied for). I also contacted Keybank (atmcash claims to be a registered agent of keybank and they have Keybank's logo on the home page) more than once and they say "there's nothing they can do about it".  I want my money refunded immediately. Please help
