I ordered a Mickey Mouse watch and Mickey Mouse nail art on July 24, 2016.  My credit card was charged but I never received the merchandise.  I have been e-mailing them and I was given two different tracking numbers.  Neither one of them let me track the packages.  On August 10th I was given the 2nd tracking number and I have been checking every day and the package has not moved.  I keep getting that it is packaged for pick up.  I have been corresponding with someone named Valentina.  I told her if merchandise wasn't received by today I wanted the order cancelled.  It was not received so I sent another e-mail telling her that I wanted to cancel the order and I gave her 10 days to credit my card.
