Over three years ago I contracted this company to redesign my website. My website is designed to assist victims of stalking. I made two $3000 payments to this website design company over three years ago and no work has been completed on the website since that time. I repeatedly requested that work be done and graphics be designed to at least show me in good faith that work is being completed on the project. The very first month of the project I was scheduled to speak at Florida State University and a portion of the website was to be used as an example to show the audience what I was speaking about so that they could better understand. They were notified two weeks in advance and asked if they could give me a simple 32nd video of what I needed to show the Army's and they agreed to it. Up to two days before my flight was to leave they would not answer their phone or return tax and I could not get any information until after I returned from Florida being humiliated and forced to remove myself from the speech lineup. In addition I have paid for another speech maker lodging. Not only did it cost me the cost of the trip and not be able to speak but in addition to not completing the first requirement of the project they changed project leaders without my permission or notification. I am a disabled Army veteran and the website that I designed as a charitable site designed to help crime victims. After repeated attempts for a request for a refund I finally was forced to sue this company in Montgomery County Ohio on June 29, 2018.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, they're very good at apologizing and making excuses but no work ever seems to get completed. When I personally questioned Ryan McCoy about why he took $6000 of my money and has not completed any work he said he spent the money on research and that any money given to the company is nonrefundable. His customer service is deplorable his skills overrated and solution solving skills even worse. If there are any people who read this report in the Dayton Ohio area I will be placing an ad in the Dayton newspapers requesting information on any other clients who has had similar experiences with Atomic Interactive of Moraine Ohio.
