ATR International is a contract staffing company. They do not honor any contract that you sign with them. I had a contract with ATR to provide services for one of their clients for an agreed upon rate and duration. The client decided to lower the rates they paid for all contractors. ATR decided to pass that decrease on to all of its contractors on that account even though they had contracts that were valid and can't be changed by only one party. They threaten job loss if you don't sign a new contract with a different rate. ATR has no regard for any of the people who provide services on their behalf to enable them to stay in business. I would not recommend that anyone use ATR as a staffing company! Watch out any of you potential contractors!
