Since they are threatening to take us to collections over non payment of invoices after what the have done blows my mind. But i will recap for you all to get up to speed...keep in mind they have changed names several times in the last 6months too...We have some YP(ATT atvertising at the time) leads reps come in and explain their program to us. It generates "X#" of phone calls per month and bla bla bla.... they showed us the numbers and history with other companies...even called a couple of references. (Total fraud...follow up calls confirmed that the actual people they called were not the so called references) The refused to give us a copy of the agreement saying that it was all online and that we would recieve it via email....keep in mind this is after we have completed it and then when we insisted on cancelation less than 24 hours later they gave us the run around untill the end of the federal 3-day right of refusal....

So at this point i knew this was not going to end well. Called and yelled at everyone in their company and they all said "its a 12 month contract and we cant do anything about it..."

We then recieved 1-3 calls per month for the first few months. Keep in mind that none even turned into an in home meeting. And they kept billing our company credit card even though our agreed terms were to be invoiced. After many calls and complaints they finally sent us a link to the sites they had posted. We then found out that they had us listed under the wrong business completely. After great run around they assign a manager that says he will get the first 3months for the incorrect listing and get the billing corrected. He then gave us the runaround for another couple of months only to come back with a one month credit and billing change.

He then said that they were going to get the sites corrected and to just bear with him and it would all work out. ...wrong...they did get the trades right finally but they not only had coupons posted online that we had not approved they ran avertising that did not list our license number. Thats a big NO-NO in our state. I called and said that we were done and they need to figure out how the resolve it on their end but we have paid for 6months of thier service @600.00 and it had not generated us a dollar. Between the bold faced lies and complete unprofessionalism parting ways would seem the best option in both our interested. Nope...instead of doing anything to try and help they said we can change the sites to show your lic number and it will be fine thanks...i called back and explained that we were done, period, canceled delete everything, go away DONE!!! Well the contract is 12 months and well get our money one way or another - have a nice day....

I just dont know what to do, how can they get away with this scam...Well i hope someone learns from our pain - dont buy anything, from anyone that calls your office or solicit's you at your place of business. Just do it yourself or thorugh a personal reference - PERIODgood luck all!
