AT&T Aka Cingular C/O Calvary Portfolio Services trying to charge me for a bill that i do not owe and they have no proof Hawthorne New York

I have gotten a notice from Calvary Portfolio Services saying that I owe $4,728.37 on an AT&T/Cingular phone bill to which there is no way that i would ever have a bill that large, i have asked them to verify this by showing me phone calls that have been made.

by law they had 30 days to comply and after 6 months they reply with a phone bill with numbers called that equals, $37.22 a long range from there claim of the $4,728.37 but still insist that I owe this large amount of money simply because AT&T claims I do although they have no proof of this!

Now they have reported this amount of money to credit angencies which now have harmed my credit. I will soon be taking these people to court, but cannot believe that they claim that they need NO proof simply a statement from the company. If that were so anyone could claim that anyone owes them money and have no proof of this.

Also AT&T/Cingular had claimed that I owed i owed $1799 on a bill, Anderson Financial network bought the collection and investigated it to find that it was not owed, beacuse they could not provide an accurate billing on it, this company was honest enough to delete this off my report with No hassle, very good collection agency!!!
