AT&T - ATT AMERICAN TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH drops customers with no reason Internet

wow! Lets start with I do not go to my email all that often,only if I am expecting some one to send an email. I a have received notice that i should move my email account to another provider,because ATT has deemed their service inferior and most of their customers have left,resulting in them getting out of the internet provider game,they are referring you to a company that they have been associated with, that has longer commitments,and nickel and dimes you more on fees for equiptment.

Bottom line is that they close their service down, to steer you to a more higer cost plan,with more restrictions.

Customer service always was a joke with their call centers moved all over the world as I have been a customer since 1996. I was trying to find out what was happening and these people were more in the dark than me,I alerted tham that they probably did not get the memo that as of March 31,20100,Att worldnet is ceasing operations and they should start getting there resumes's together.

I  was told I could keep my modem since I paid for it,What ? I paid fifty dollars for a deposit,what the hell do I want a modem for, that works on a nonexistant service provider.

Sell your stocks now ,as digital service has replaced voice,and if they cant make a buck in DSl.........
