 AT&T have sent me incorrect & confussing bill. I have to waste my time calling & waiting a long time to reach customer service & when i do the accidently disconnect me when they say wait till i get your records. then I have to start all over again.this month I waited 35minutes to get someone then got dropped off. when I did reach the lady i said please dont disconnect me  I am so upset over this rediculous bill. they sent me a bundles deal for $62.00 but they charged me $635.00. this is awful -I cant keep putting up with this erronious billing every month but this is the worst bill of all.I  discovered it because att sent me a card in the mail that said I  had requested an address change & they wanted to verify it by mail.  I had not made the request so I went online to see what address was listed on my account . my address was the same & correct but my bill was a shocking nitemare. I could not believe they were charging my long distance bundle by the minute( about 33cents a minute).why would I have a plane like that when I would ask for the most economical plan for my needs. the customer service rep  said the address card was a computer error & so was the long distance charges & she would correct & I only had to pay for my bundle plan $62.00 plus tax. this call was made before i even received the bill in the mail so I  mailed them more than enough to cover taxes.  But when I retured from a trip today I had a disconnected phone . I  am tired of this mess of a bill every month. when I had bellsouth  I  did not have a billing problem.  what is going on with AT& T. they are so greedy they are trying to monoplize like they use to. I remember when they were the only long distance carrier we had.  believe me they go plenty of money off of me back then.  but now they want to control the residential phone, the cell phone, the internet & confuse our bill to the point we dont know what we are paying for. I  like to know what my bills are going to be every month not get a shock every time i open AT&T  bill. If i lived where they offer the better deals like tv, internet,local& long distance bundles all for $64.95  I would not be taken advantage of by AT&T. they have been coming down on their prices because of other competitors. but i can see their plan to try to take over so they choke out the smaller companies thus choke out the competion. they dont care about their customers just how fast they can grow & monoplize the market  in every way.I have been resonsably paying my bills since I was 14 years and opened my first charge account. why  would i be so irresponsible now as to order such a rediculous by the minute plan in economy that demands fugality. why would i order a plan that would increase my bill from $71.00 to $635.00 ? this is an obvious error. Is there anyone supervising at& t. why is their computer making such gross errors as sending out change of address cards & changing a customers plan like they did this month. sounds a little strange to me . who has access to at&t computers. who has access to all of the information they have on us. they even required me to give them control of my computer when i went with there internet. i read the release form. most people just press accept because whats the use of reading all that stuff youve got to accept it anyway if you want to use your internet. maybe if enough of us pull together we can demand better service in billing & better treatment as customers who dish out mony every month to make these companies wealthy. THANKS to whomever reads my grievience. I  am at home alone at nite with out my phone service that I have already paid for.I cant call to check on my sick elderly dad or mom or anyone nor can they reach me. this is more than an inconvenience. it is indangering to me & my loved ones. tomorrow I will have to go borrow someones phone at their inconvenince for  however long it takes to once again straighten this mess out. then i must find another provider for me & my family.
