Well around the end of Septmember. I received a call from the att internet sales dept. They said they have internet service for only $14.99 a month for a year. I took them up on the offer after completion of the order, the sales rep said i notice you are paying $23.00 a month for basic phone and caller id. We have a new plan that would actually save you $2.00 a month. And you would get in addition to basic and caller id, call waiting. So i asked "Well is there a one time charge to change it? He said no.
Well a couple weeks later i get a notice of the change in the mail. It states the monthly service fee will be $25.90 per month with a one time fee of $5.00. I was outraged i have tried to get answers from att about this to no avail. Please everyone watch out for ATT they are becoming really desperate.
