in december 2007 i purchase att yahoo internet with the dsl modem with the equiment rebate of$49.99 it is june 2008 and i still have not received the rebate check i tried to log on the att rebate enter.com the wed site is down and the phone number is un working in march i sent acopy of the rebate form with my internent phone bill HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ATT.
its now june 2008 i still have not heard from att so the next step i filed a complaint to counsumer protection kansas attorney general office i have not heard from them yet i have a friend she got att dsl in oct 2007 it took her over 8 mounths of complaning to get the rebate check .
SO ATT REBATES ARE LIES
THE US GOVERMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO ATT REBATES PROGRAMS
FOR CONSUMER PROTECTION TO MAKE SURE ATT IS OBEYING BY THE LAW
